When we reserve an appointment for you we cannot attend to other clients, or recuperate the time lost. All bookings at Vanilla can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the appointment with no extra cost.
Deposits are non refundable if an appointment is missed or cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice.
Arriving late will unfortunately limit the time allocated for your hair or beauty service. As a courtesy to all our clients, all services will be completed as scheduled.
In the case of 2 consecutive cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, a third appointment will only be provided if payment for the service is made in full at the time of booking.
